Forms of Participation and Pricelist

NOTE:

None of the prices listed here include 22 % VAT (slov. DDV) which is to be covered by the Participant. Unless otherwise specified, all the prices are valid for participation during the whole event and are not charged by day.

1 PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION AREA

The most interactive participation possibility at the event is the exhibition space. In your exhibition space you are able to carry out promotional and sales activities, you can visually equip the exhibition space or strenghten your performance in any other ways. You can choose among different exhibition spaces such as: equipped, unequipped and outer exhibition space, joint-use of exhibition space or promotional counter.

OBLIGATORY ECOLOGICAL COMPENSATION AND REGISTRATION FEE:

All organizations participating in the exhibition area have to pay an obligatory ecological compensation which comes 2 EUR/ s qm and a 120 EUR obligatory registration fee per exhibitor (organization and not per individual) for each event they are included in. The obligatory fee includes a standard entry in the event catalogue, the Exhibitor publication on the list of all participants on the website and on the floor plan of the event.

1. A EQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE

The exhibition space is upward unlimited. You can rent a space with 2m of depth or more. The smallest exhibition space you can rent is 9 sq m.

 

The equipped exhibition space includes floor covering, partition walls, two shelves, a table, two chairs, fascia board with the Exhibitor’s title and a wastepaper basket. If you choose to rent an exhibition space that measures 9 sq m or more, we shall provide you an additional counter.

Price:

  • Early-Bird Application Deadline April 10, 2020: 111 EUR/sq m
  • After Early-Bird: 145 EUR/sq m

1. B UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE

The unequipped exhibition space is completely empty (without floor covering, partition walls, furniture, fascia board etc.) and can be equipped by the exhibitors as they wish. Additional equipment can be ordered subsequently through the online form Additional Equippment Order. Also available are custom exhibition spaces on demand. The smallest exhibition space you can rent 9 sq m.

Price:

  • Early-Bird Application Deadline April 10, 2020: 85 EUR/sq m
  • After Early-Bird: 119 EUR/sq m

1. C OUTER EXHIBITION SPACE

The outer exhibition area is located in front of Kupola and Ledna Halls in Ljubljana and Maribor and is completely empty (without floor covering, partition walls, furniture, fascia board etc.) and can be equipped by the exhibitors as they wish. In case of bad weather, the Organizer does not offer a substitute exhibition space in the indoor area nor is the Organizer responsible for possible disturbances in the Exhibitor’s presentation.

Price:

  • Early-Bird Application Deadline April 10, 2020: 59 EUR/sq m
  • After Early-Bird: 75 EUR/sq m

                                 

1. D JOINT USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE

In case two or more organizations share the same exhibition space, they must pay the price of the intire exhibition space (along with the obligatory fee), register each co-exhibitor, pay the registriation fees and obligatory participation fees per each co-exhibitor. Co-exhibitors have the same benefits as other independent exhibitors (standard entry in the event catalogue, lower prices for advertising and promotional activities etc.)

1. E PROMOTIONAL COUNTER

Only one person can perform promotion behind the counter. Any additional personnel will be treated as distributors of promotional material on-site and charged accordingly (check next point Distribution of Promotional Material on Site). The dimensions of the promotion counter are 100 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm (width x depth x height). The recommended size of the poster for the front of the counter is 96 cm x 86 cm (width x height).

  • After Early-Bird: 564 EUR/counter

SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR EXHIBITORS

By participating in the exhibition area exhibitors have the privilege to some discounts and benefits:

EARLY-BIRD APPLICATIONLICATIONS:

1. EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT*

The rental of an exhibition space in the Early-Bird Applicationlication period ensures you lower prices on any type of exhibition space rental, listed under 1 Participation in the exhibition area. The Earyl-Bird Application Deadline is April 10, 2020.

2. DISCOUNTS

DISCOUNT ON OTHER FORMS OF PARTICIPATION

The rental of an exhibition space on both events ensures you a 30 % discount on additional forms of advertising and promotion, listed under point 3 and 4.

3. FREE ADVERTISEMENT IN THE BAZAR'S DISCOUNTS LIST

All Otroški bazar's exhibitors can promote their discounts, available at their ehibition stand in the period of the fair in the so called Bazarko's Discounts List. The advertisement is valid only for discounts on products and services available at their exhibition stand during the fair Otroški bazar.

2 PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME

2. A PROGRAMME ON STAGE

The Participants can present themselves in a 15 minute presentation on a stage where an attractive and amusing programme (dance, music, theater performances, prize games etc.) goes on during the whole day. Participation must be confirmed to the Programme Coordinator no later than August 19, 2020.

Note: The performance on stage of grammar school students and kindergartens is free of charge.

Price:

  • 85 EUR/15 min

2. B THEMATIC NOOK PROGRAMME

Thematic nooks are ment for presentations and different activities (worshops, lectures etc.). The price includes the basic equipment (tables and chairs) for Applicationrox. 20 visitors, while all the material needed for the performance is to be provided by the Participant. Participation must be confirmed to the Programme Coordinator.

Price:

  • 100 EUR/hour

2. C CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL

The Participants can present themselves to visitors in a 45 minute lecture, workshop, round table, promotional presentation or any other kind of presentation in one the Conference Room. Participation must be confirmed to the Programme Coordinator. The price includes space rental, computer, projector, projection screen, basic sound system.

Price:

  • 250 EUR/hour

3 ADDITIONAL FORMS OF PROMOTION

3. A DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIAL ON-SITE

This participation possibility allows the distribution of one kind of promotional material and a maximum of two distributers, while there are no restriction in the pieces of a selected material distributed. The Participants distribute the materials themselves, while the distributers must register at the info point (INFO TOČKA) on-site. The Participant himself has to provide and deliver the material to the event place. The distribution of the promotional materials without the Organizer’s permission is not permitted.

Prices per 2 distributers and 1 kind of promotional material:

  • 510 EUR

3. B MASCOT APPLICATIONEARANCE ON-SITE

The Participant who wishes to make an Applicationearance of their mascot must inform the Organizer of his intentions. The Applicationearance of the mascot in the Participant's exhibition space is free of charge, while the promotion in the whole event place is to be payed.

Prices:

  • 450 EUR/mascot

4 ADDITIONAL FORMS OF ADVERTISING

4. A ADVERTISEMENT IN THE EXHIBITORS' MANUAL

The Exhibitors’ Manual is a collection of all the important instructions and information given to everyone participating in the event. It is Applicationroximately 15 pages long (A4 format).

Prices:

  • 1/1 (210 mm x 297 mm): 425 EUR/ad
  • 1/2 (210 mm x 148,5 mm): 345 EUR/ad

The advertisement has to be delivered no later than August 19, 2020 in .PDF form in the chosen format by e-mail to lara.petkovsek@proevent.si. The advertisements should be without bleed.8

*In case the advertisement is not delivered in the correct format, the Organizer is not held responsible for the quality of the publication. The Organizer is not bound to publish advertisements delivered after the due date.

4. B ADVERTISEMENT ON THE PLASMA SCREEN

The plasma screen will be placed at the event entrance. Your advertisement will be shown Applicationrox. 300-500 times in the days of the event.

Prices:

  • up to 30 seconds: 26 EUR/second
  • more than 30 seconds: 20 EUR/second

The advertisement should be delivered no later than August 19, 2020 in .AVI or .MPEG form and in the size of 720 pix by 480 pxl (width x height). The advertisement can be delivered on a portable medium to the Organizer's address (files larger than 20 MB) or sent by e-mail to lara.petkovsek@proevent.si (files smaller than 20 MB).

*In case the advertisement is not delivered in the correct format, the Organizer is not held responsible for the quality of the publication. The Organizer is not bound to publish advertisements delivered after the due date.

4. C ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE

The Otroški bazar website www.otroskibazar.si is interesting for parents, grandparents, children till 15 years of age, teachers, counsellors, exhibitors, sponsors and the Media. Only last year the Otroški bazar Ljubljana webpage itself gathered more than 20,000 unique visitors in the pre-event period. We can publish a banner on one of the webpages which will be visible on the homepages and all of the subpages of the specified event. The logo is published on one of the subpages.

Prices:

  • banner, 160 pix by 600 pix: 885 EUR/banner
  • banner, 300 pxl x 250 pxl: 650 EUR/banner
  • banner, 728 pix by 90 pix: 500 EUR/banner
  • logo: 300 EUR/logo

The logo and banner need to be delivered by e-mail to lara.petkovsek@proevent.si. The logo shall be in .JPG form and RGB-colour space, while the banner link shall be in .SWF or .JPG form. In both cases a web address to which the logo or banner link should be linked should be sent together with the logo or banner.

4. D BANNER SPACE RENTAL

The banner (horizontal, dimension: 300 cm x 100 cm) will be placed at a visible location in the event area. The priority of choosing the banner location is given to those who have chosen sponsorship packages, then the Exhibitors and finally everybody else. Banners must be delivered to the Organizer's address no September 4, 2020.

Prices: 890 EUR/banner

4. E JUMBO POSTER SPACE RENTAL

During the fair, there are jumbo poster spaces available for rent at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče). This is another way for Exhibitors to back their presentation at the fair. Jumbo poster spaces in the dimension 4 m x 3 m are available until the capacities are full. The Participant has to send the designed poster in .PDF to the address lara.petkovsek@proevent.si no later than September 4, 2020. Organizer takes care of printing and fitting the poster.

Price: 826 EUR/banner

5 INTERNET PRIZE GAME

On the Slovenian web subpages of Otroški bazar which gathered more than 40,000 unique visitors during the last Otroški bazar, an internet prize game for families will take place. It will start one month before the start and will last up to the conclusion of the event.

Any Organization can participate (even if it does not participate in Otroški bazar itself) by donating prizes for children, parents and soon-to-be parents. The prizes can be amounted to a minimum of 25 EUR and a maximum of 42 EUR per prize. A logo link publication and direction to the Participant website is included in the Prize Game participation. 6 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

For all of you who want to gain greater visibility at Otroški bazar in a particular and personal way, we have prepared special sponsorship packages which combine several forms of promotion and are suited to meet the needs and the desires of every Participant. In this way, the Participants enjoy much lower prices and greater promotion.
